SJF-7530 shaft adopts traditional disc structure, supplemented by MIM convex-concave wheels to realize rotation and AUTOLOCK function. It is mainly used in notebook computer products. The characteristic parameters of the product are as follows :

1. Torque specification:   Static friction force 5.5±0.5Kgf.cm.

2. Lifetime: opening and closing rotation 25000 times, the torque change is not more than ±25%.

3. Rotation range: Rotate freely within the range of 0-180°, and stop freely at any position.

4. Salt spray test: No obvious rust spots after 12 hours of test.
