SJF-6030 shaft adopts traditional disc spring structure, which has good service life and reliability. The technical parameters are as follows:

1. Product torque: 2.0±0.5kgf.cm.

2. Life test: 20,000 times (one round trip counts once, 25±5 times per minute) after 20,000 times, the torque is not less than 70% of the initial value.

3. Mechanical performance: abnormal flipping noise, plastic shell fit test, no assembly defects.

SJF-6030 shaft is mainly used in portable DVD, notebook computers and other products with flip function. Generally, it is used in conjunction with L/R side, or it can be used alone. Torque adjustment is convenient, and the service life is reliable and guaranteed.
