The rotating shaft adopts the traditional disc structure, supplemented by MIM convex and concave wheels, to realize the function of rotation and AUTOLOCK. It is mainly used in digital products. The characteristic parameters of the products are as follows:
1. Torque specifications: static friction 4±0.5Kgf.cm.
2. Rotation function: Rotate freely within the range of 180° left and right, and stop freely at any position.
3. Life test requirements: opening and closing rotation is 20000 times, and the torque change is less than ±25%.
The existing game machine shaft structure includes a connecting shaft, a spring, a sleeve, and a relatively rotatable component. The spring, the sleeve and the relatively rotatable components are all sleeved on the connecting shaft. Relatively rotatable components, one piece is installed in the base hole, and the other is installed in the display hole. Relatively rotatable components are a pair of cam-type assemblies, which can stop relative movement only when their tops and recesses are in contact, so their relative stationary stay points are 0, 90, and 180 degrees.
