1. Scope of application—— 

This product is suitable for mobile phones with flipping function, or other related products that need to realize flipping action, in order to realize the mechanical flipping axis function of related products.  

2. Product appearance—— 

2.1 For detailed outline dimensions and materials, please refer to the "Product Assembly Dimensions" at the back.  

2.2 The appearance should not show the scars that affect the product size and mechanical performance.

3. Mechanical performance—— 

3.1 Initial elasticity (or torque—Torque. Unit: Kgf.Mm. Tolerance: ±0.5):

The initial elasticity can be adjusted appropriately according to customer requirements, and the product dimensions have nothing to do with elasticity.  

Note : The greater the elasticity, the greater the negative impact on the life of the shaft. At the same time, the greater the elastic force, the larger the diameter of the spring wire and the greater the height of the loop, the more difficult it is for the exposed plastic head of the shaft to be pressed to the bottom, which will seriously make it difficult to install the shaft into the casing.

Location: 90 °±10° The axis of CW can be rotated freely.  

4. Environmental conditions——

4.1 Operating temperature range: Under normal temperature and pressure, -10°C ～ +60°C.

4.2 Storage temperature range: under normal temperature and pressure, -20°C ～ +80°C.

4.3 Test conditions: 

Carry out product measurements and experiments under the following conditions:

Temperature: +5°C ～ +35°C 

Humidity: 45% ～ 85%RH 

Air pressure: 760 mmHg
