1. The sheet metal cabinet is not allowed to have visible tilt or partial crooked or twisted phenomenon. The verticality of the frame column and the base is less than 1.5mm. When testing, take the upper surface of the base as the reference and the inner edge of the upper end of the column as the measuring point.

2. The parallelism between the top frame and the base is less than 1mm. The detection points are the upper surface of the base and the lower surface of the top frame, and they serve as references to each other. It can also be detected by measuring the length of the diagonal of the six sides, the difference should not exceed 2.5mm. If there is a middle partition, the parallelism between the top frame and the base can be relaxed to 1.5mm, and the parallelism between the middle partition and the top frame or the base is less than 1mm.

3. The diagonal difference between the upper and lower bounding boxes is less than 1.5mm.

4. The uprights must not be distorted, and the parallelism between the two ends of each upright connected to the upper and lower enclosure frames and the adjacent plane of the enclosure shall be less than 0.5mm.

5. The slideway supporting the subrack, the working surface formed by the left and right slideways on the same layer is parallel to the upper surface of the base 1mm, and the subrack should be ensured After installation, the gap between two adjacent panels shall not exceed 0.6mm.
