1.3 The shape of the door is processed according to the negative tolerance of the allowable tolerance, and the positive tolerance is strictly prohibited.

1.4 When the dimensions and tolerances marked on the drawings are inconsistent with the dimensions and tolerances required by the process, they shall be processed according to the process requirements.

1.5 The cabinet shape is processed according to the positive tolerance of the allowable tolerance, and the cabinet shape is processed according to the negative tolerance of the allowable tolerance.

1.6 drawings and craftsmanship without tolerances are processed according to GB/T 1804-92m.

1.7 Holes without tolerance requirements are processed according to the positive tolerance of GB/T 1804-92 m class.

1.8 When the drawings and processes have tolerance marking requirements, they will be processed according to the tolerance requirements.

1.8 All kinds of aluminum alloy panels, when the tolerances are not noted on the shape, they are processed according to the negative difference of GB/T 1804-92 class f and are processed downward.

1.9 When all products must have process holes due to electroplating or hot-dip galvanizing, the process holes should be in an invisible position on the front of the product.

1.10 For parts with electroplating requirements, if the pressure riveting is difficult after bending, the process should indicate the need for auxiliary pressure riveting tooling.

1.11 When the thickness of the sheet is too small, it is necessary to leave some margin for the part that cannot be folded in place, and the process sequence of flushing or milling off the excess after bending .

1.12 Unless otherwise specified, the burr direction must be on the inner edge of the bend, so the process layout should be described with a bend diagram or text.
